Or you could use a datagridview and remove the row headers and don't allow users to add new rows essentially making. (Normally you can only edit the 1st column - the item itself, and in List view, any subitems are hidden). You can re-Order or Resize the Columns anytime at runtime, the edit window will pick this up and adjust itself accordingly. Usage and issues are well documented in a readme.txt file. THis is because its the main item text, the succeeding columns are just sub-items. But I guess that if you want an editable grid then its more practical to use a datagrid than a listview.
