Here is my problem: 1. I put the unzip jbilling community in my xampp/htdocs but I cant make it run/ install.

Download Stronghold 3 Full Version Iso 9000. war to xampp/tomcat/webapps and rung localhost:8080/jbilling/signup, but it tell me: status 404 - The requested resource is not available. Then I installed PostgreSQL to my pc and follow the instruction from jbiiling installation.pdf in unzip jbilling community folder, but in my folder I cant find sql file.

I would like to install it with xampp, is it possible? Can anyone teach me the proper way to install? Thank you very much.
