YOGYAKARTA — Mahasiswa Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Matematika Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Islam Indonesia (FMIPA UII), Hannie Fitriani keluar sebagai juara kompetisi Patient Counselling Event (PCE) di Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). Selain juara pertama, mahasiswa UII juga meraih gelar juara empat dan semifinalis pada kegiatan yang dilaksanakan Jumat-Ahad (22-24/9/2017). ACCP 2017 Submission Management System:: Abstract:: National Health Insurance Patients Satisfaction in Outpatient Department Local Government Hospital Fithria Dyah Ayu Suryanegara, Muiz Abdul Aziz, Dian Medisa Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Universitas Islam Indonesia Background: National Health Insurance (NHI) in Indonesia conducted since Januari 2014 to ensure Indonesian people healthy physically, mentally, spiritually, and social. NHI was held by BPJS Kesehatan and collaborated with health facilities such as primary health care and hospitals. Local government hospital has to give services for NHI patients. It is a mandatory such as describe in the constitution.

As an indicator for service quality, patient satisfaction must to do. Objective: The research aimed to describe NHI patients satisfaction in outpatient department at local government hospital. Methods: The research conducted cross sectional descriptive, and quantitative data obtained from questionnaire in outpatient department. Sampling method was accidental sampling. Total sample was 100 patients. Results: All item in the questionnaire was valid and reliable. The results showed 54% respondents were female, 62% were elderly (46-65 yo), education background mostly from senior high school (50%), 47% respondents were PBI (Penerima Bantuan Iuran).
