Seeing as searching 'engineering equation solver' immediately brings up the site that you can buy it from, I'm assuming 'I couldn't find download links' means you don't intend to pay. I'm not gonna give you a morality lecture on software piracy, but I am gonna say that EES is kind of a niche thing that's not realy in high demand as far as cracked software goes, so a pirated version might not even exist. Additionally, there's not much 'learning' to do for EES; the bulk of it is just plugging in a shitton of equations and having it spit out answers. The other features - charts, etc - are very straightforward so the statement 'I am very good at using EES' doesn't carry a huge amount of weight.
Your school might have a license that they're able to distribute to students, or they may have it on their computers, but unless you have a pressing need for it I don't think it's worth the effort of going out of your way to get it, legally or otherwise.
